When the courier collects your skincare products, you get tracking by SMS and/or email. First scan can take up to 24 hours.
International orders
Where we ship abroad, expect about 10–21 business days after dispatch. Duties and taxes are usually yours unless we say otherwise for your country. Not every product ships everywhere — we will refund or adjust if we cannot fulfill your address.
If something goes sideways
Weather, customs, and courier volume happen. Wrong address? Double-check at checkout — returns to us may need a reship fee. Damaged or missing pieces? Email within 48 hours with photos; we fix real problems quickly.
