How do I use Lamiya face serum?
After cleansing, pat a few drops onto dry or slightly damp skin, then moisturizer. In the morning, finish with SPF. Check your exact product label for the ideal order.
Can I use your face wash every day?
Yes — it is made for daily use. Heavy sunscreen or makeup? Try double cleansing at night, then finish with Lamiya for skin that feels clean, not squeaky.
Which skin types do you design for?
Normal, oily, combination, dry, and many sensitive-prone routines. Patch test new skincare products, add one step at a time, and read the product page for guidance.
When will I see glowing skin?
Some notice a softer glow within a week. Texture and tone usually ask for a few weeks of consistency — and daily sun protection still wins every time.
Are products tested on animals?
We do not test finished Lamiya products on animals. Pregnant, nursing, or on prescription skincare? Ask your clinician before new actives.
Sensitive skin or allergies?
Scan the full ingredients list, patch test, go slow. If you feel burning or see a rash, stop and rinse. A dermatologist can help if it persists.
Can men use Lamiya?

Orders & shipping
How fast do you ship in Pakistan?
We usually pack within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, expect roughly 3–7 business days depending on your city and courier.
What does shipping cost?
Free nationwide shipping is active right now. Your total is confirmed at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Sometimes, for select destinations. Delivery can take 10–21 business days after dispatch; duties may apply locally.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. You will get tracking by SMS and/or email when the courier collects your order. Our track-order page helps once you have a link.
What if something arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. Opened skincare has hygiene limits, but we resolve genuine faults fairly.
Payments
How can I pay?
Whatever you see at checkout — cards, bank transfer, or cash on delivery where we offer it. Options can change by campaign.
When am I charged?
Cards and prepay methods are charged when you complete checkout. COD is collected on delivery according to courier rules.
Is my payment data safe?
Payments run through trusted partners. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Can I stack discount codes?
